A proof of concept I led secured stakeholder support to automate 500+ regression scenarios, generating annual efficiency gains exceeding USD 80K and reducing regression cycles by nearly two weeks per release.
I led a Selenium-to-Playwright migration with TypeScript, moving 150+ automation scripts. I also developed a Python-based data validation framework and established a team to support reporting modernization.
