At Bank of America, I lead end-to-end QA for enterprise banking applications while remaining hands-on with Playwright, Selenium, Appium, and API automation. I've developed and maintained 100+ automation scripts, enhanced automation frameworks, and run suites through Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
I've also supported healthcare applications onsite in the USA at Infosys, designing Selenium automation and validating REST and SOAP APIs. I lead an eight-member offshore QA team, mentor engineers, and coordinate quality delivery from planning through production deployment.
