At Decathlon, I lead end-to-end production operations across a multi-vendor ecosystem to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets. As Production Team Manager, I built and led a high-performing team of 4 through mentorship, recruitment, onboarding, and resource management, while directing product lifecycle phases to streamline workflows and meet timelines and quality standards.

I manage operational cadences including annual budgeting and KPI development alongside vendor-joint planning, ensuring financial and quality objectives are met. I also partner with global buyers in the EU and Asia to align forecasts, negotiate pricing, and run stakeholder reviews that support brand growth and executional excellence.

In parallel, I drive industrialization and launches through my work as a Production Industrialization Specialist, converting design concepts into scalable, high-quality production via cost analysis and pricing negotiations. I’ve also led Decathlon’s co-creation and innovation initiatives, translating customer insights into user-centered products by collaborating with sport users, internal brand teams, and global manufacturing partners—while accelerating time-to-market through continuous improvement.
