My name is Md Shamim Ansari. I am Senior PHP/Laravel Developer with 10 yera’s of experience in web application development. I mainly worked in PHP, Laravel, Codeigniter3, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, React.js, jQuery, Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap.

I have strong knowledge of CRM and Email Management System. Last 5 years i have worked in CRM and Email Management System.

At Yiron Technologies Pvt Ltd, I worked on backend development and maintenance for CRM and email management systems. I developed email features including Inbox, Sent, Draft, and Trash, and implemented Redis queues for asynchronous email processing.

On yCRM, I developed CRM modules and REST APIs, and integrated OpenAI API to generate structured reports from Call Log data. I also worked on role- and hierarchy-based access control and optimized MySQL queries for large datasets.

For EMS, I worked on multi-account email management, SLA-based escalation, and Elasticsearch search. I also used MongoDB for email logs and built Laravel services, jobs, events, middleware, and form requests.
