As a freelance English tutor, I planned and delivered lessons, managed scheduling and student communication, and prepared tailored documents. At Kanaan Global School, I supported teachers, coordinated department activities, and developed lesson resources and school documents.

In administrative and customer service roles at Yash Raj Films and Melita Cable TV, I supported clients and office teams with correspondence, coordination, and administration. I also create UGC-style videos, promotional images, short marketing videos, and social-media carousels using creative tools and Meta ad campaigns.
