What I'm looking for

I am looking for an entry-level engineering role in a collaborative team where I can apply mechatronics design, systems thinking and project management to deliver user-focused solutions and grow technically.

I am a final-year Mechatronics Engineering student with strong experience in design principles, project management and user-centric problem solving. I combine formal engineering training with artistic hobbies to deliver practical, well-crafted solutions.

During study at both Auckland University of Technology and the University of Auckland, I earned high grades in subjects such as Digital Control, OOP for Engineers and Engineering Management I, and developed proficiency in C/C++, Java, MATLAB and CAD tools.

My professional experience includes a Mechanical Engineering internship at KiwiRail where I trained on locomotive and shunt maintenance, conducted engine inspections ensuring safety compliance, and contributed positively to team environments. I have also worked as a tutor teaching basic science, math and Scratch programming to young children.

I am eager to join a collaborative engineering team where I can apply my technical skills, grow in systems design and project leadership, and contribute to user-centred, impactful projects.
