At NZME, I plan and execute testing across web and mobile applications, from functional and end-to-end testing to release validation. I investigate defects, verify fixes, and work with developers and Product Owners to clarify requirements and communicate quality risks.
I develop, maintain, and troubleshoot automated tests using Selenium, Appium, WebdriverIO, JavaScript, and Mocha. I also contribute to mobile automation frameworks and CI/CD workflows, and use basic API investigation and SQL checks when investigating issues.
Before moving into my Quality Engineer role, I worked in subscriber operations and finance and reporting at NZME, where I tested business workflows, investigated discrepancies, and prepared operational reports. I’m an ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level and hold a Bachelor of Science in Information and Computer Science.
