Managed global Accounts Payable operations for Travel & Expense (T&E), handling claims and weekly payment proposals across 28 entities (EMEA, APAC, LATAM). Performed accruals and reversals for pending credit card claims, investigated open items via RCA, and maintained month-end balance sheet reconciliations while meeting SLAs.
Processed finance operations by clearing unlocated and suspense amounts in unlocated GLs and ensuring timely resolution of pending transactions. Executed journal workflows in Oracle PeopleSoft, prioritized high-value transactions (above $10,000) and fraud cheque scenarios, and supported quality audits and customer query resolution.
