What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role in AP/PTP where I can own end-to-end invoice-to-pay operations, drive process improvements with measurable metrics, and collaborate closely with finance controllers and onshore/client stakeholders.

I’m a Head of Accounts Payable/AP Specialist with 12 years of professional experience focused on end-to-end PTP (Accounts Payable) operations. I’ve owned daily AP activities, built and maintained reporting like Cash Disbursement and AP Aging, and ensured accurate, timely payment runs.

I’ve worked across multiple ERPs—including QuickBooks, Airbase, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Perceptive, Adso, Microsoft Dynamics, Tungsten, ServiceNow—and I use them to improve controls and speed. I’m also Six Sigma Green Belt trained and routinely bring zero/minimum-cost process improvement ideas by analyzing loops, exceptions, and expenses, sharing business metrics with stakeholders.

As a people leader, I’ve handled work allocation and team execution (including experience managing teams up to 15 FTEs, and supporting Level 1/2 escalations).
