At Nutanix, I architected and deployed Docutanix, an internal AI drafting agent that turns Jira tickets and Slack discussions into structured Knowledge Base articles. It recorded 3,605 runs across 263 users, saving an estimated 20–30 minutes per drafting session.
I also established Nutanix’s foundational documentation governance framework, publishing four style guides and developing more than 30 guidance modules. In reviewing infrastructure documentation, I identified critical inaccuracies in AOS 7.3+ encryption guidance associated with production outages and coordinated corrections with engineering and documentation teams.
Previously, as the founding Technical Writer at Gupshup, I established the documentation function and owned developer documentation for a conversational AI and messaging platform. I created API references, SDK documentation, and integration tutorials, and implemented Docs-as-Code workflows using GitHub Actions.
