At Capgemini, I support mission-critical Synchrony Financial applications on the Transmit Security team, focusing on production stability, reliability, and incident response.

I own the incident lifecycle for P1/P2 incidents, from detection and triage through mitigation, root cause analysis, and postmortems. I also participate in Major Incident calls and coordinate with application, infrastructure, network, middleware, and database teams.

I use Grafana, New Relic, Prometheus, and Splunk to monitor application health, and I create alerts connected to PagerDuty. My work also includes supporting PCF applications and microservices, deployments, and 24x7 on-call operations.
