I’m an MBA (Human Resources) candidate with “hands-on experience” coordinating high-volume events and serving as the first point of contact for 150–200+ participants. I resolve registration issues and queries in real time while keeping accurate documentation and staying calm under pressure.

In my current role as an Event Management Coordinator, I managed end-to-end participant registration across 3+ college events using Google Forms and Excel trackers, reducing duplicate entries by ~40% and cutting follow-up time by 2 hours per event. I’ve coordinated 5+ faculty members and 3 external sponsors to keep logistics aligned, and I led 12–15 volunteers across multiple activity tracks using delegation and real-time conflict resolution.
