At Inovace Technologies, I’m building AI features for a multi-tenant SaaS biometric attendance platform. I’m developing a conversational assistant that lets users query attendance, leave, and workforce data in natural language.
I’m integrating LLM services with platform APIs, including retrieval over tenant data, prompt design, guardrails, and response evaluation. I also own service design and architecture for attendance processing, device integration, and reporting alongside the AI layer.
At RedDot Digital Limited, I architected and delivered a 27-microservice MFS platform for LENDEN, TeleCash, and MyCash, handling approximately 20M BDT in daily transactions with zero settlement mismatch. I led backend engineering for LENDEN and TeleCash and helped deliver the platform’s web portals and Flutter apps.
Earlier at RedDot Digital Limited, I developed SaaS services for B2B sales, distribution, and eCommerce. At Together Initiatives (p) Limited, I customised ProcessMaker and delivered more than 200 digital workflows, while also automating reconciliation of aggregator transaction data.
