At IQVIA, I re-architected a critical microservice with RabbitMQ and MongoDB distributed caching, doubling capacity to 10,000 concurrent requests and eliminating timeouts.
I also built AI agents and MCP tools, and delivered client-onboarding proof-of-concepts using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith. My work included implementing Azure AD SSO and a storage solution using AWS S3 and Azure Blob Storage.
At IQVIA, I diagnosed and remediated over 100 critical defects and established test automation that increased code coverage to 85%. I received the IQVIA IMPACT Program Silver Award in 2025 for engineering contributions and delivery impact.
Previously, at Orbitax Bangladesh Limited, I enhanced C#/.NET and Angular microservices and automated ETL pipelines. At Reve Systems, I developed Vue.js interfaces and refactored Java Struts applications. My projects also include Bangla spoken-number recognition, which achieved 89.74% accuracy on a custom digits corpus.
