What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote opportunity in the iGaming industry, particularly in Payment Operations, Player Support, or Customer Service. I'm available for night shifts and rotational schedules, and to work with international teams.

At Boda8, I assisted customers with deposit and withdrawal inquiries, monitored transactions, and maintained payment records.

I checked payment receipts and verified transaction details, and used Microsoft Excel to keep transaction records.

At InstaPay, I handled customer inquiries and account- and transaction-related issues, providing clear information and timely support.

At Bila Bila Super Shop, I managed customer payments and daily sales transactions, assisted with product inquiries, and maintained cash records.
