I’m an Automation Engineer focused on AI voice systems, workflow automation, CRM processes, and business operations.

A key milestone in my career has been joining Progressive Solutions, a UAE-based company, as a Lead AI Voice Solution, where I work on designing, developing, and deploying voice and conversational automation for business operations.

Alongside my professional work, I’ve built end-to-end automation systems that go beyond the AI conversation itself. One example is a dental clinic voice receptionist that handles incoming calls, checks availability, books appointments, and connects the workflow with Google Calendar, Google Sheets, HubSpot, and email.

I’ve also built lead-generation and CRM automation workflows covering prospect discovery, qualification, enrichment, lead scoring, HubSpot segmentation, and targeted outreach.

These projects have helped me develop a strong focus on turning business processes into connected automation workflows rather than building isolated AI tools.

I’m interested in remote Automation Engineer, AI Automation, and Voice AI roles where I can work on real business problems, build production workflows, and take automation solutions from requirements through implementation.
