I’m looking to build production-ready AI voice and automation agents that integrate with CRMs, with end-to-end ownership (design to testing), robust fallback/escalation handling, and a reliability-first team that values clean workflows.

I’m an Automation Specialist and AI Voice Engineer focused on training assistants and building workflow-driven AI systems. I adapt quickly to new platforms, and I use Make.com as a central control layer to orchestrate logic, data flow, and reliability across AI voice and automation tools.

In my work, I design and configure AI bots for inbound calls, appointment setting, service intake, and CRM support, aligning conversation flows with business rules and user intent. I own end-to-end delivery—testing edge cases, implementing retries/fallbacks/escalation logic, validating API failures, and deploying stable, production-ready automation that keeps CRM records updated and reduces manual workload.
