I'm leading executive account management and sales enablement at CMA Small Systems AB, a Swedish payment-system provider serving 60+ central banks and 1,500 commercial banks. I manage a portfolio of 33 commercial banks and four central banks across Jordan, Bahrain, Oman, and KSA.

I serve as the primary liaison for high-value banking accounts, coordinating operational needs, feature requests, system issues, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction with support, product, and development teams. I've expanded CMA's footprint in Jordan and Bahrain through strategic upselling, retention, and targeted feature recommendations.

I also manage and mentor three Account Managers, providing strategy, client-communication guidance, coaching, playbooks, and performance insights to improve conversion and relationship management.

Previously, I managed corporate sales accounts at NGN International across managed services, security operations, VAPT, endpoint protection, DLP, email protection, and backup solutions. At Vitas Group, I handled key corporate, banking, and financial-sector accounts while driving project delivery, retention, upselling, cross-selling, and account profitability.
