I'm looking to lead technology, workforce development, digital transformation, education, recruitment, and innovation initiatives that create sustainable business and social impact.

I've led enterprise technology delivery at Merck Group as an Architect & Lead Consultant, managing global projects, Agile delivery, solution implementation, resource planning, and continuous service improvement.

Across IBM India, NetApp, ClickMail Solutions, and CARLBIO, I built backend systems, cloud deployments, automation frameworks, bioinformatics applications, database solutions, and content delivery platforms using Perl, Python, AWS, Azure, SQL, and DevOps practices.

I'm also Founder Director of SSBC Consultancy and Futurist Kinderland, where I lead recruitment, staffing, workforce mobility, education consulting, healthcare advisory, early childhood education, and placement-linked skill initiatives.

As Director of SHRM Skill & Innovation Foundation, I build industry-academia partnerships and programs for employability, entrepreneurship, innovation, vocational education, and future-ready workforce development.
