I’m looking for a senior leadership role where I can own P&L and GTM, drive product and engineering execution, and deliver predictable SaaS outcomes through measurable operational excellence and close partnership with customers and investors.

I’m a Technology & Operations Executive with 28 years of experience leading P&L, Global Delivery, Digital Transformation, Product Engineering, and Business Growth across enterprise software, SaaS, and technology services. I consistently scale organizations “from startup to enterprise scale,” building cross-functional teams and turning strategy into execution.

As Director at Skizzle Technolabs India Pvt Ltd, I co-founded and scaled SkizzleHR, driving strategic partnerships and ARR growth. I led national GTM, acquired 100+ mid-market B2B clients, and directed product, engineering, UI/UX, and QA to accelerate releases—while also leading investor relations and securing Pre-Series A funding and achieving profitability with a 45+ member team.

Before that, I co-founded Keleno Labs, commercializing AI/ML-driven automation and sensor-based monitoring for B2B clients, and architected scalable M2M application frameworks to reduce time-to-market and deployment costs. Earlier, as Co-Founder & CEO of Nibodha Technologies, I bootstrapped a technology services enterprise using capital-efficient P&L frameworks, and in service delivery roles I engineered metrics-driven, predictable delivery models synthesizing Agile, RUP, and CMMI to drive continuous improvement.
