I’m a dedicated Technical Support specialist with a solid foundation in telecommunication engineering, focused on Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) systems. I combine hands-on technical skills with a service-first mindset to keep communication solutions reliable for real-world users.
In my current role at Push2Talk Network, I deploy, configure, and troubleshoot PoC hardware, including Etera and Telox series units. I also develop comprehensive technical proposals and system architecture plans for large-scale institutional clients, such as the Kenya Airports Authority (KAA).
I’ve designed and implemented PoC communication solutions for the public transport sector, integrating dispatcher systems for major Nairobi Saccos. Alongside engineering support, I manage business web presence and create professional technical marketing assets to support business development.
Earlier experience includes a Telecommunication Intern role with the County Government of Kiambu, where I supported data communication and networking projects and worked with radio transmitters, receivers, and FM/AM modulation principles, plus CCTV installation and transmission line maintenance. I also worked as a Technician at Kenya Seed Company Limited, handling electrical control panels, diagnosing faults in industrial programmable logic controllers and electrical machines—strengthening my ability to solve technical problems accurately and consistently.
