I implemented processes, managed client relationships, coordinated crews and logistics, and maintained zero reportable incidents through safety procedures and compliance.
My foundation includes more than 20 years of hands-on systems, field service, telecommunications, power infrastructure, fiber, broadband, and Voice over IP work. I build teams, troubleshoot complex operational issues, and improve how work gets done.
