At Real Information Technology Solutions, I provide L1/L2/L3 support for SHADE EMR across UAE and Gulf hospital clients. I configure clinical and revenue-cycle modules and troubleshoot HL7 integrations with Malaffi and Shafafiya.
I resolve connectivity and database issues using SQL, Sybase, and ODBC, and prepare clinics for ADHICS, Tasneef, and JAWDA audits. I’ve also authored technical runbooks and user guides, trained clinical staff, and mentored junior support engineers.
