At Rainthink Solutions, I was the sole analyst and founding product owner for Pauww, an early-stage pet-care venture. I ran the research that identified lost-pet recovery as an unsolved segment and set the product direction for the smart-tag business.

I worked directly with founders to turn evidence into recommendations on positioning, roadmaps, and feature trade-offs. I also ran sprint planning and standups, converted ambiguous goals into user stories and acceptance criteria, and drove delivery from brief to release.

I built Pauww's end-to-end sales funnel and documented repeatable operating workflows. By analysing purchase-funnel behaviour, I helped ship checkout improvements that increased smart-tag sales by 17%, while a gamified engagement model lifted engagement by 15%.

Before Rainthink, I tested a subscription home-dinner venture from hypothesis through pilot and made a clear decision to wind it down when demand proved structurally limited. At Cactrust Design Studio, I improved client lead generation by 20% and reduced misdirected customer-service queries by 28% through homepage, lead-flow, and navigation redesigns.
