In my IoT experience, I spearheaded end-to-end development of a water monitoring system for municipalities, dam authorities, and homeowners. I conducted 20+ user interviews, prioritized features for flood detection and surveillance, and drove a 30% improvement in detection accuracy through structured feedback loops.

On PetHub, I led product discovery and development for a consumer-facing pet care & adoption platform. With 34 user interviews, I defined personalized solutions (like location-based vet finders, health tracking, diet plans, and AI-based pet matching) and shipped 2 post-launch feature improvements by analyzing adoption metrics and KPIs.

I’m comfortable owning product fundamentals—roadmaps, PRDs, user stories, and sprint planning in Jira—while collaborating across teams using Agile/Scrum and data-driven decision making. I’m also Google Cloud- and McKinsey-certified, and I’m looking for an APM role at a high-growth technology company where I can keep learning and delivering measurable impact.
