I'm looking to improve e-commerce products through requirements analysis, process optimisation, data-driven reporting, and close collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.

I’m a Business Analyst/Product Analyst with 4+ years of experience translating business needs into clear requirements, product improvements, and measurable delivery plans. I work closely with stakeholders, product, design, and technical teams to create BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.

I currently work on e-commerce initiatives at Feather Link Solutions, analysing operational and transactional data using Excel, building KPI dashboards, and supporting UAT, defect triage, and go-live activities.

At Trigital Technologies, I worked with US-based e-commerce and FinTech clients across mobile applications and SaaS platforms, covering buy flows, checkout, order workflows, promotions, pricing, CRM, and third-party integrations. I bridged business and technical teams, coordinated API/integration requirements, and supported release planning and production deployments.

My earlier UI/UX and .NET development experience gives me a strong technical and user-centric perspective. I enjoy analysing As-Is/To-Be processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating complex business problems into practical product solutions.
