What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply computational biology, genomic data analysis, and machine learning to biomedical research and precision medicine.

I've researched machine learning-based prediction of genetic perturbation responses using the GEARS framework, analysing large-scale single-cell RNA sequencing datasets and CRISPR perturbation screens.

I'm an Applied Genetics MSc graduate who combines Python, R, Scanpy, PyTorch, and statistical methods to interpret high-dimensional genomic data and support precision medicine research.
