Sergiu Turuta

I started in industrial programming, working as a programmer of CNC machines from 2016 to 2022. I handled programming and day-to-day setup on CNC machines and used CAD/CAM tools such as SolidWorks, SolidCAM, and Fusion360, including part-time visualization of 3D projects.

Since 2022, I’ve worked as an Application Administrator at Moldtelecom, administering applications for a large company. My work includes installation and configuration on users’ PCs, managing access and rights, supporting users, and working with Windows and Linux servers and Domain (AD user account management). I also support Naumen Contact Center and Druid AI ChatBot, working with low-code IVR flow and chatbot flow development, plus CRM (project management for the contact center).

I’m hands-on with operational reliability: I monitor application servers using Nagios and LibreNMS and write SQL queries for reports from an Oracle database. I’m also comfortable working with related tools like Audacity for audio-file support.

I bring a strong learning mindset and continually complete courses to expand my scope across IT. I’ve completed training in cybersecurity (Cisco), network administration (CCNA, network security topics like OSPF, NAT, ACL, VPN), cloud and CI/CD (GitLab, AWS, Microsoft Azure), virtualization and Linux/Windows administration, database administration (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL), and full-stack/backend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, VueJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, PHP, Laravel, WordPress, REST API).
