At Amiro, I founded and lead a crypto-focused design studio, translating intricate crypto mechanics into clear trading and discovery experiences across rapid launches. I built and launched an ML-powered token discovery product to $30K MRR in two months, designed countersell execution with trader controls, and led concept-to-ship flows for a crypto prediction market, including the supporting design system and visual identity.

Previously at Tulipshare, I led product redesign across web and mobile for a UK fintech platform, improving conversion through UX strategy and testing. I increased KYC conversion from 40% to 85% and landing-page conversion to 16%, launched iOS and Android apps, and owned core flows like onboarding, portfolio management, deposits/withdrawals, and KYC verification—supported by a design system across 200+ screens.

As a freelance senior product designer, I partnered with early-stage crypto, SaaS, and energy-tech teams on 0-to-1 product development and strategic repositioning, delivering wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI across 10+ engagements. I also mentor designers, guiding students from zero to junior++ level, and I bring an international-business foundation from HSE University.
