At Zvuk, I own full-cycle hiring for senior and executive roles and partner with hiring managers and executives. I launched the company's first university internship program and built a standing pool of pre-qualified candidates for C-level roles.
I also piloted and rolled out AI tools for the recruitment team, and set up candidate and hiring-manager feedback surveys. My work included placements such as Head of Enterprise Sales, Head of Brand Strategy, and Growth Analytics Lead.
Previously, at atsearch, I led a recruitment team and handled searches for roles including CTO, Head of Sales, and Solution Architect. At Skyeng, I ran international ESL teacher hiring across Latin America and Europe, sourcing and screening candidates entirely in English.
