At Xello, I built and automated recruitment processes from scratch to reduce reliance on external agencies while continuing to close vacancies. I eliminated the use of recruitment agencies and outsourcing providers.
I led the migration to a new CRM system and built workflows for all positions. I also partnered with hiring managers to improve interview practices and how they present the company and product to candidates.
At Elbrus Coding Bootcamp, I managed recruitment from vacancy brief through onboarding and contributed to HR processes covering onboarding, employee development and assessment. I also developed employer branding and onboarding initiatives.
At Yandex, I managed full-cycle IT recruitment for the Taxi infrastructure development business unit and Drive, and participated in talent-attraction initiatives including One Day Offer events. Earlier, I recruited IT and Digital candidates at VK and held recruitment and broader HR roles at Stoloto, TOM TAILOR and JamilCo.
