User Research
In user research, I combine quantitative and qualitative methods to discover user needs and pain points, create models of user behaviour, and provide a reliable foundation for strategic decisions.

Plan and implement new designs, Optimize existing user interface designs and test for intuitivity and experience.
Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centred solutions.

Contributing to meetings that require graphic outputs pertaining to the project
Study design briefs and include requirements in all outputs
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Design, develop and execute the curriculum and lesson plans on UI/UX topics.
Grade and evaluate technical deliverables.
Mentor individuals and project teams.
Lead projects within the curriculum.

Maintain ownership of the product vision and roadmap and improve the product development process. Led the team in expanding mastery of the business goals of each design request and pushing back on stakeholders with innovative UX/UI proposals.
