At Gloway, I designed merchant experiences across onboarding, business verification, payments, payouts, inventory, ordering, and merchant operations. I translated business, compliance, operational, and technical requirements into approximately 20 user and task flows and 50 product screens.

I designed a five-stage merchant verification journey spanning business documentation, identity verification, mobile handoff, status feedback, and payment activation across desktop and mobile. I also developed approximately 25 reusable UI components, interaction states, and responsive patterns.

As a Freelance Graphic Designer at GhMediaHub Ltd, I produced approximately 80 graphic, motion, and video assets for 12 digital campaigns. I created promotional visuals and motion content for LalixLola’s podcast and JODE’s Events ROOTS & RHYTHM GH campaign.

My background is in Communication Design and Multimedia, and I earned a First Class Bachelor of Art degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. I’m interested in interaction design, AI, digital commerce, education technology, and emerging markets.
