I want to build and deploy end-to-end ML/NLP and explainable models in production, turning Python/SQL analytics into actionable risk, forecasting, and customer insights that help business teams move faster.

I’m a Data Scientist who owns the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ML, NLP, and statistical models—from exploratory analysis and Oracle SQL feature engineering to production deployment on a bank’s Single Customer View platform.

At Union Bank of Nigeria, I delivered 8 predictive, NLP, and recommender solutions, including transformer-based NLP sentiment analysis using DistilBERT, explainable churn modeling with SHAP, and time-series forecasting—translating results into recommendations for MD/ExCo stakeholders.

I also automate recurring analytical reporting and internal ticket-routing workflows, cutting manual processing time by 40%. My work has spanned churn modeling, channel sentiment scoring, customer residence inference, customer segmentation, and cash demand forecasting to improve planning accuracy by 20–30%.
