What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to live data science, analytics, and business intelligence projects where I can turn complex datasets into predictive insights and business decisions.

I'm currently supporting live machine learning and analytics projects at Access Bank, where I clean, transform, and prepare data for predictive modeling and business intelligence reporting.

I've built student-performance and employee-attrition prediction projects using Python, comparing Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and XGBoost models. My student-performance model identified 65% of at-risk students before exam results.

I create clear visualizations and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders using Power BI, Tableau, and Streamlit, turning exploratory analysis into actionable decisions.
