I'm looking for remote or hybrid opportunities across Europe in HR, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or Employee Experience, where I can apply behavioral analysis, structured hiring, team development, and wellbeing program design.

I'm a clinical psychologist who has led end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and team development for teams of up to 50 members. I bring behavioral analysis and structured evaluation to hiring, employee integration, and team dynamics.

At TELUS International, I evaluate high-risk digital content, identify behavioral risk patterns, and support policy adherence and quality control. Previously at Nationwide Building Society, I managed administrative workflows, documentation accuracy, compliance processes, and cross-department communication in a regulated environment.
