At eviivo, I support hotel staff and property owners using a hospitality booking-management platform. I help resolve technical and reservation-system issues and support integrations with Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb.

At Assist Digital Tunisia, I handled Booking.com customer inquiries in English, including booking changes, cancellations, payments, and refunds. I also supported account-access and property-listing issues and resolved complaints across the customer journey.
