At Softtek India, I led incident resolution and coordinated support for enterprise networking environments, including SD-WAN, LAN, routers, firewalls, wireless, and security systems.

I investigate recurring and critical incidents, contribute to root-cause and problem management, and keep business units, service owners, and senior management informed through clear status updates. I also mentor new team members, lead post-incident reviews, and work to improve future incident handling.

My hands-on work includes AWS-based remote access, Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, Cisco DNA, Cradlepoint NetCloud, Cisco Prime, PRTG, ServiceNow, PuTTY, SecureCRT, and telecom platforms such as Lumen, Granite, and CenturyLink.

Previously, I supported HP at Unisys and Google ARIS at Accenture, managing network infrastructure, monitoring systems, enterprise applications, SLA-driven incident management, vendor coordination, and Microsoft environment support.
