I’m looking for a fully remote games QA or player support role where I can apply careful fault-spotting, accurate communication, and customer-service experience under pressure.

I’ve worked across retail, skilled trades, and high-volume kitchens, where accurate standards, clear communication, and catching small faults before they become bigger problems matter every day.

From handling customer complaints at B&Q to inspecting tiling work and managing goods-in records on active sites, I’m now bringing that detail-focused approach to games QA and player support in a fully remote role.
