I'm seeking a permanent remote Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Systems Analyst role with an international organisation, where I can bridge technical and business stakeholders across time zones.

At Hitachi Energy, I support a major energy client’s mission-critical ETRM platform, resolving system and data incidents, writing SQL and T-SQL queries, and delivering recurring operational reporting for enterprise stakeholders.

I contributed to a three-environment ETRM upgrade that went live with zero operational disruption, while producing technical documentation, test cases, and deployment coordination materials. I also build Power BI dashboards that turn sales, profitability, customer, and regional data into actionable business insights.
