I’m a trilingual P2P Analyst with experience across logistics, sales processing, customer service, procurement, inventory management, CRM analysis, and business management. I bring dual degrees in Logistics and Production Management and International Business Management, and I’m dedicated to delivering exceptional results through negotiation, open communication, and seamless collaboration.
In my current role at Inchcape GBS, I analyze and close open old purchase orders, manage tax deductions and taxes in SAP, and perform and analyze GRIR and related in-controls (open POs, Master Data, recons, payments, one-time vendor, 3WM). I also implement invoice registration automations in SAP to reduce processing times, while solving discrepancies and interface errors to ensure accurate system integration.
Previously, I managed customer purchase orders and sales invoice generation at Medtronic, maintained continuous English and French communication across the Canadian territory, and supported constant operation of SAP, Office 365, and Google Workspace. Earlier experience as a Sales and Marketing Analyst and as a KAM at Roche strengthened my supplier negotiation, KPI analysis, inventory quantity management through ERP, and timely invoice and fund disbursement execution.
