At Persimmon Point Marine, I work as Assistant General Manager, General Projects Manager, Trainee Mechanic, and Stock Manager. I assist with employee training, allocate projects, and maintain marine parts stock.
Before that, I worked at Smiths Marina, first as a boat ramp manager and later as a marina manager. My responsibilities included employee customer relations, training, and scheduling.
In my current role, I organize tasks into manageable projects and assign them to employees. I’ve also created advanced spreadsheets for finance and data prediction, and used business data analysis to look for trends and patterns.
