What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a UX/UI role where I can apply user research and data analysis to improve customer journeys, streamline service processes, and collaborate closely with teams to deliver measurable digital product outcomes.

I’m a UX/UI Designer with a strong user-experience focus, working across service design and digital products. I turn user behavior and data metrics into actionable insights—spotting pain points, optimizing processes, and shaping proposals that align with business objectives.

I bring a background in web development, so I can connect design, technology, and execution to deliver functional, measurable, and scalable solutions. In my UX/UI trainee role, I analyze processes in commercial and after-sales areas, identify improvement opportunities in customer-company interactions, and support digital transformation and service optimization initiatives.

Alongside UX work, I’ve developed and maintained websites with a usability, performance, and SEO focus, using Google Analytics for user behavior analysis. I’m currently pursuing an advanced Master’s degree in UX/UI (research, information architecture, and strategic design), and I’m especially motivated by projects that create faster, more seamless customer journeys.
