I am a bilingual Communications graduate with hands-on experience in internal communications, digital marketing, and administrative support. I have designed and maintained a WordPress employee intranet used daily by 70+ employees, produced onboarding videos for a five-company group, and delivered cross-departmental reports supporting after-sales, administration, and sales teams.

I am proficient in WordPress, Canva, Google Workspace, advanced Excel, Adobe Creative Cloud, and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and DALL·E, and I apply prompt engineering for content creation and automation. I work effectively both independently and in teams. I have experience supporting HR processes, payroll incident management, and digital campaign production to improve organizational communication.
