At Dropmed AB, I built an AI procurement platform for medical devices, including product matching across 717,896 products from 5,576 European suppliers. I developed the platform in its own codebase, from the data pipeline and APIs to subscriptions and e-invoicing.
As Founder & CEO, I founded a medical device marketplace with 39 active suppliers and more than 550 products, raised SEK 10M in external capital, and ran sales, supplier agreements, and purchasing negotiations. I also led the board and completed the Sting Accelerate programme.
Before Dropmed, I worked at Merivaara Corp. in operating room integration and medical equipment sales. I won complex hospital and regional deals, including contracts at Karolinska and Akademiska, and won Merivaara's largest OR integration deal outside Finland to date.
