At Stardist, I set technical direction and lead the move to AI, building an agentic engineering platform in Microsoft Teams that investigates across ERP, databases, code, file shares and company history, then creates reviewable pull requests.
I built the underlying .NET hybrid-RAG platform, an MCP server exposing ERP workflows to Claude, and supplier-invoice automation that removed manual line entry for 6,000+ invoices annually. I also shipped the company’s first production LLM system and an order-batching optimizer that cut warehouse walking distance by about 30%.
Over 25 years, I’ve been the largest contributor to Stardist’s codebase, building 30+ applications across ERP, warehousing, shipping, EDI, e-commerce and payments. I work remote and async-first, with evidence-backed AI, least privilege, auditability, automated testing and human review built into the systems I ship.
