At Birmingham City University, I run a varied software and change portfolio, governing six concurrent projects across areas including learning analytics, institutional risk, campus safety and hardship funding. I own scope and delivery rhythm, manage dependencies and raise risks early.
I directed the Kortext Stream learning analytics rollout, covering engagement monitoring, tutor dashboards and early-intervention workflows. I also directed the 4risk (RSM Insight4GRC) rollout for institutional risk and assurance.
Before that, at Flux Federation, I delivered bespoke white-label SaaS platforms for energy brands including Npower and Sainsbury's. I ran UK programmes above £7M, including smart metering changes and national network integration, and coordinated teams across the UK and New Zealand.
I was the sole governance representative on the Flux platform migration to Kraken, moving five brands and customer data from AWS to Azure inside six months. I also designed the API integration for Ofgem's Faster Switching Programme and rebuilt Flux's UK service desk on ITIL-aligned processes.
