I’m a Junior Business Analyst with an economics foundation and a strong focus on data-driven problem solving. I’m currently completing my Bachelor of Science in Economics at the University of Hamburg, with my thesis submitted and awaiting the final grade.

In my role as a Customer Experience/Support Associate at TANTUMAG, I serve as a first point of contact and support users through onboarding, verification, and KYC/EDD-related communications. I run manual quality assurance checks, support compliance standards, identify operational issues, and coordinate cross-functionally to improve service workflows.

I also manage product-quality improvements by tracking product bugs, creating and managing Jira tickets for technical teams, and validating fixes after implementation. I perform manual product testing (functional, regression, and usability) and maintain onboarding and verification communication templates to ensure clarity and consistency.

Beyond business analysis, my professional esports experience shaped my analytical mindset and execution under pressure. As a team captain and coach, I led communication, performed performance reviews, and used match data to drive strategic improvements—skills I bring to structured reporting, research, and stakeholder-ready problem solving.
