I am looking for a role that fosters creativity, collaboration, and growth in UI/UX design.

With over four years of experience in customer support, operations, and sales, I have developed a strong passion for understanding and assisting users. This empathy for user needs inspired my transition into UI/UX design, where I combine my customer-centric background with design principles to create intuitive and impactful user-friendly solutions.

During my internships at SandLogic Technologies and Alchemy Digital LLP, I designed user experiences through information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes for AI applications. I also created branding materials, including logos and marketing presentations, which enhanced usability and user engagement. My role as a Senior Learning Consultant at Great Learning allowed me to advise on UI/UX career growth while managing inquiries and providing post-sales support, further solidifying my commitment to user satisfaction.

My diverse background in business development and customer support has equipped me with the skills to generate leads, manage client relationships, and respond effectively to user queries.
