Lead HMS/EHR/EMR implementations at client hospitals, from planning through go-live, keeping data accurate and day-to-day disruption low. Run requirement-gathering sessions with clinical, administrative and IT teams, then configure workflows to match how the hospital really operates.

Managed patient admissions, discharges and emergency-department transfers with accurate, complete documentation. Worked with RMOs, nurses and administrative staff to keep patients moving smoothly from emergency to the right ward.

Ran daily operations across three wards (ICU, Male General, Female General), including admissions, discharges and OT scheduling. Kept manual and software-based billing records accurate and compiled daily occupancy, admission, discharge and scheduling reports for management.

Supervised the transport department (6 vehicles, 6 drivers) and kept records compliant with Government and NABH guidelines. Arranged travel and logistics for staff, senior management and guests, including tickets, accommodation and local transport.

Acted as quality control / floor manager for the chemotherapy ward, helping improve workflow and patient satisfaction. Audited the Medical Records Department (MRD) for documentation accuracy and compliance.

Helped with crowd management and the collection and distribution of critical patient documents.

Pursued a BBA in Hospital Administration, achieving a DGPA of 8.2.

Completed ISC in Science with a focus on Biotechnology.
